R. Lee Robinette, ASA – President  

Lee has over twenty five years of machinery & equipment and inventory appraisal experience, and has been with CEA for seventeen years.

Lee is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) as designated by the American Society of Appraisers. Lee is also a course instructor and course developer for the Society’s education curriculum and a contributing author to the textbook, Valuing Machinery & Equipment (2005). Lee has served the American Society of Appraisers as an officer and committee member at the local and national levels and was formerly the chairman of the Machinery & Technical Specialties Committee (2005 – 2007). Lee is currently serving on the Appraisals Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

Lee is an avid golf enthusiast, and is a Senior Rules Official with the Carolinas Golf Association. Lee is the manager of the Charlotte, North Carolina office.


personnelFrederick W. “Rick” Feinsinger – Founder (Retired)

Rick announced his retirement from CEA, effective January 1st, 2013. The associates of CEA sincerely thank Rick for his vision and immeasurable contributions made to the company during the last twenty two years of service.

Prior to founding CEA in 1990, Rick was the director of the Collateral Evaluation department at Citicorp Industrial Credit in Harrison, New York. Before his career in appraisal and valuation services, Rick worked in industry as a plant and division manufacturing manager.

Rick currently spends his time boating, travelling and enjoying the company of his six grandchildren.
