Collateral Evaluation Associates, Inc. (CEA) provides medical equipment appraisals primarily for use by regional healthcare organizations as part of a medical practice acquisition.  Medical equipment appraisals are also provided for the purposes of allocation of cost, asset based financing, buy/sell agreements, estate and income tax planning, lease structuring and transactions, etc.

Pediatrics is a physician specialty concerned with the physical, emotional, and social health of children from birth to young adulthood.  A Pediatrician understands the constantly changing status and standard of what is normal for a specific age. Care encompasses a broad spectrum of health services ranging from preventive healthcare to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. The Pediatrician deals with biological, social and environmental influences on the developing child, and with the impact of disease and dysfunction on development.  It requires three years of training for this specialty.
